Helaas was de communicatie rond het bieden erg onduidelijk (of er was geen communicatie) en heeft dat er wellicht voor gezorgd dat we de woning niet konden kopen. Hier balen we van. Nice people, nice viewing. Unfortunately, the communication around the bidding was very unclear (or there was no communication) and that may have prevented us from buying the property. Uitstekend advies en eerste gesprek gehad met Walter van ‘t Hoff. Hij heeft een duidelijk, helder verhaal over de welke stappen doorlopen worden, wat de markt doet op het moment en wat hij denkt dat het huis waard is. Dit alles is goed onderbouwt met statistieken en analyses. Dit geeft ontzettend veel vertrouwen in de professionaliteit en kwaliteit van de makelaardij. Buiten de heldere analyse en uitleg is Walter makkelijk te benaderen en enorm vriendelijk. Al deze punten zorgde ervoor dat ik heb gekozen om makelaardij de jong te kiezen uit de andere makelaardijen. Verkoop van de woning ging vrij soepel en tussendoor goed advies gehad over hoe de woning presentable te maken voor bezichtigingen etc. De bezichtigingen waren goed in te plannen en ik kreeg na elke bezichtiging een korte samenvatting. Al met al ben ik enorm tevreden over de verkoop van mijn woning en wil met name Walter van ‘t Hoff en zijn collega’s bedankten voor de snelle verkoop van de woning, goede adviezen en klantvriendelijkheid. Sale of the house went quite smoothly and in between I had good advice on how to make the house presentable for viewings etc. The viewings were easy to plan and I received a short summary after each viewing. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the sale of my house and would like to thank Walter van 't Hoff and his colleagues in particular for the quick sale of the house, good advice and customer friendliness.
