J	Jan Hut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben teleurgesteld in de dienstverlening van deze makelaar. Reageert soms niet op telefoontjes, gaat niet actief achter belangstellenden aan. Toch de opdracht om ons huis te verkopen bij hen weggehaald. Daarvoor moet ik nog € 150,- betalen. Dat zal wel in het contract staan maar past wel in het beeld wat is ontstaan. (ze hadden de nota ook niet hoeven sturen). Voor een dienstverlening waar duizenden Euro's mee gemoeid zijn verwacht ik meer. I am disappointed in the services of this broker. Sometimes does not respond to phone calls, does not actively pursue interested parties. The contract to sell our house was removed from them. I still have to pay € 150 for this. That will be in the contract, but it fits in with the image that has arisen. (they did not have to send the bill). I expect more for a service that involves thousands of euros.

De snelle verkoop is zeker niet de enige reden voor 5 sterren, het contact met zowel de makelaars als met mensen op het kantoor hebben we als zeer persoonlijk en zeer prettig ervaren. H	Hendrik v/d Deen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds vanmorgen bedrijfspand te koop via NieNoord Makelaars, direct gebeld en afspraak gemaakt. Eigenaar zou bezichtiging zelf begeleiden, gebeld met eigenaar en afspraak gemaakt dat we direct konden komen. Pand bekeken, gevraagd of de prijs vast is met als antwoord dat prijs niet onderhandelbaar is. We hebben gezegd dat we er echt wel belang bij hadden en zelfs termijn van oplevering e.d. al overlegd. (zit nog een huurder in) Afgesproken dat ik vandaag nog met het antwoord zou komen of we zouden kopen of niet. Binnen 3 uur kreeg ik een Whatsapp!! bericht dat pand verkocht is aan iemand anders..... Allesbehalve netjes dacht ik. Since this morning business premises for sale through NieNoord Makelaars, called directly and made an appointment. Looked at the property, asked whether the price is fixed with the answer that price is non-negotiable. We said that we really had an interest in it and even discussed the completion date, etc. (another tenant in it) Agreed that today I would come up with the answer whether we would buy or not. Within 3 hours I got a Whatsapp !! message that property has been sold to someone else ..... Anything but neat I thought.

Ze zijn zeer proactief, erg nauwkeurig en zeer betrokken. Specifiek wil ik Erik bedanken, die hebben er namelijk voor gezorgd dat wij op zeer korte termijn een goede taxatie hadden en dit hebben ze uitstekend afgestemd met het NWWI. Daarnaast waren zij enorm behulpzaam in de communicatie en oplossingsgericht. Nogmaals dank voor het geweldige werk! k	karel niemijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben bij een negatieve ervaring een hele positieve ervaring gekregen bij Makelaardij NieNoord uit leek. Deze makelaar was niet onze eigen makelaar, maar de verkopende makelaar van de tegenpartij. Wij waren dus simpel gezegd de kopers. Er deed zich situatie voor, waar de verkopende partij het niet chique deed, qua handelen naar eer en geweten. Ondanks dat de makelaar de belangenbehartiger was van de verkopers, trokken ze hier overduidelijk een grens en namen ze het juiste standpunt in. Namelijk wat klopt bij de definitie, afspraak is afspraak. Wij waren hier positief door verrast en gelukkig zijn er nog ondernemers die niet alleen naar het euroteken kijken. Veel respect voor deze instelling en in mijn ogen dus een zeer betrouwbare partner als u van plan bent de woning te verkopen of een aankoopmakelaar nodig heeft. Despite the broker being the vendors' advocate, they clearly drew a line here and took the right stance. Namely, which is correct with the definition, a deal is a deal. We were positively surprised by this and fortunately there are still entrepreneurs who do not only look at the euro symbol. Much respect for this institution and in my opinion a very reliable partner if you are planning to sell the property or need a purchase broker.
