Vervolgens alle negatieve punten van het pand benoemen, omdat die in het telefoongesprek duidelijk laat blijken dat hij absoluut geen zin heeft om er voor niets naar toe te moeten rijden.
Een advies aan een ieder die zijn pand via dat kantoor wil verkopen: Doe dit absoluut niet, zolang deze meneer er nog werkt. Deze meneer wil met zo min mogelijke inzet door middel van een kruisverhoor op potentiële klanten uit te voeren uw pand verkopen.
Wij hadden zeer veel interesse in een pand, maar door deze nare ervaring gaan wij absoluut geen bod uitbrengen. Deze meneer is alleen gericht op geld en niet op de klant.
What an arrogant and nasty man, Mr. Gert Arie Mijdam. Very unfriendly if you call him on while you are a potential customer. Then mention all the negative points of the building, because it clearly shows in the telephone conversation that he has absolutely no desire to go there for nothing.
An advice to anyone who wants to sell his property through that office: Do not do this, as long as this gentleman still works there. This gentleman wants to sell your property with as little effort as possible through a cross-examination of potential customers.
We were very interested in a property, but because of this nasty experience we will definitely not make a bid. This gentleman is only focused on money and not on the customer.
