★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima winkel, maar de reparatie service is ronduit slecht. Had mijn printer laten repareren maar toen die terug kwam van reparatie was er meer mis mee dan dat er gemaakt was. Het leek wel alsof het werk was uitgevoerd door een stagiair. Toen ik na de reparatie contact wilden opnemen wisten ze me heel goed te negeren en heb ik geen een reactie meer van ze gekregen.
Als er iets mis is zou ik het niet bij makerpoint laten maken.
Update:
Na het plaatsen van deze review heeft makerpoint contact met me opgenomen en uitgelegd waarom er niet meer gereageerd was. Deze reden vond ik een goede reden, en daarna hebben ze de zaak keurig netjes afgehandeld.
Great shop, but the repair service is downright bad. Had my printer repaired but when it came back from repair there was more wrong with it than it was made. It seemed as if the work was done by an intern. When I wanted to contact me after the repair they managed to ignore me very well and I did not get a response from them anymore.
If something is wrong I wouldn't have it made at makerpoint.
Update:
After posting this review, makerpoint contacted me and explained why there was no response. I thought this was a good reason, and after that they handled the matter neatly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received the parts with big delay. The team did not communicate well with production department and therefore the parts were forgotten/lost. Despite several emails and calls I got my parts 1,5 weeks later + the storing on post.nl did not help the situation. I wish the team takes the requests more serious.
