A beautiful riding school with a friendly owner and very sweet horses. The riding school organizes very nice rides on the beach and through the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked the beach ride for 1,5 hours (ca.) over phone. They speak English and German and have been really friendly over the phone. We were asked to come half an hour before the ride (6pm) and were assigned our horses. They showed us where everything was and we were responsible to make our horses ready. You can borrow one of their riding hats and this is obligatory to wear.
I got an awesome Friesan horse and fell in love. The ride took place with 4 tourist and about 14 local riders. We rode to the beach and we were accompanied by 4 or 5 teachers who rode their bikes. So you felt very safe.
The ride was mostly walking and a short trott. Arrived on the beach we were asked to take down the saddles (they help you) and we then went into the water. We basically did aquajogging there as we walked the same 200meters over and over again for about 20 minutes. But nevertheless this was a great experience. The horses loved it and it is very good training for them.
Everything was 25€ and they even filmed us riding and shared this afterwards. So all in all a very good experience and we had a good time but I would not do it again as far as my expectation for a “beach ride” was something else.
I also screenshoted the way we have taken.. all in all about 5km..
