★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to do a refund, any of the 2 employees that I saw weren’t using facemask, the girl of the cash didn’t want to do the refund because “the cash was close” (yes, at 16.30), then she started to do it but the only option was by cash instead of the same way that I paid (by card).
I suggested to inform the clients of this “rule” adding it to the tickets so all the customers can know it. She just say NO to everything.
I like Mango and the sales advisor are great but my experience in this store was really unpleasant.
