★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots (and I mean "lots") of bikes and everything that is associated with bikes.
In response to Mantel : as I mentioned your store is a real jaw-dropper when it comes to bikes, and everything associated with it. There is such a great selection. And your online service is fantastic. Your staff are all very helpful, and knowledgeable. but what I missed was "passion". Sure everyone I dealt with had a good understanding of what they were selling, but only within the realm of their own "area". It did not feel like I was talking with someone who "walked the walk", as well as "talk the talk".
But I still maintain that our store is a top cycling store!

The shipment way really quick and the box is not just brown cardboard box. It is funny and customized to the shop. Really nice.
Very please a new physical location will open closer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantel Arnhem is a very nice and very large store. They have a huge variety of bikes like kids bikes, 'normal' city bikes, mountain bikes, racing bikes and everything in between. They also have lots of spare parts on the shelves and friendly skillful staff to help you pick the right gear for your bike. Their in house repair service is great too, they really think with you and not just about the money they can get from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bicycle shop with quite a lot of options available in the stadfiets section. The race bike and mountain bike section is quite small. The parts and accessories selection is quite good but they don't have a complete selection to help a bicycle builder. For a shop of this size and space I was hoping for just a little bit more.
