★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het aanvraagproces van een PGB is best ingewikkeld en ondoorzichtig. Dat kan je misschien wel zelf maar als je dat voor het eerst doet maak je geheid fouten. Het is daarom fijn om begeleid te worden door iemand die de weg weet. Co is deskundig, prettig in de omgang en reageert snel. Dat woog voor ons ruimschoots op tegen de kosten.
The application process for a PGB is quite complicated and non-transparent. You may be able to do that yourself, but when you do that for the first time you will definitely make mistakes. It is therefore nice to be guided by someone who knows the way. Co is knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and responds quickly. That more than outweighed the costs for us.
