★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig huisje aan de “oude” Maas.
Van de zomer geweest. Het is einde van het jaar en merk dat ik helemaal vergeten ben om de waardering te geven die het verdient.
Huis is knus, netjes en authentiek. Ik geloof dat de eigenaar het helemaal zelf heeft gebouwd. Erg mooi gedaan en duidelijk een vakman.
Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
Mooi terras erbij.
Huisje ligt achter de dijk. Loop naar boven en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht over de oude Maas.
Huisje ligt net in België.
Gens is letterlijk 100 meter verder.
Maastricht is op een steenworp afstand. In 5 minuten met de auto ben je in het centrum.
En kan je genieten van bruisend Maastricht.
Vanuit hier mooie fietsroutes te ontdekken. En meer dan genoeg wandelroutes. Voor de meeste wel even 10 min de auto in.
Als het even kan komen we volgende zomer weer terug.
 Beautiful house on the "old" Maas.
Been there in the summer. It's the end of the year and I've completely forgotten to give it the appreciation it deserves.
House is cozy, neat and authentic. I believe the owner built it all by himself. Very nicely done and clearly a professional.
Everything you need is there.
Nice terrace there.
House is behind the dike. Walk up and you have a beautiful view over the old Maas.
House is just in Belgium.
Gens is literally 100 meters away.
Maastricht is a stone's throw away. In 5 minutes by car you are in the center.
And you can enjoy vibrant Maastricht.
From here you can discover beautiful cycling routes. And more than enough hiking trails. For most it takes 10 minutes in the car.
We will come back next summer if possible.
