 A very nice preparation for my delivery and supporting exercises during pregnancy learned from Kristina. Lots of information and space to discover what helps you and suits you in a relaxed and open atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne massage heb ik mogen ontvangen! Deze gaf mijn herstel na de bevalling nog dat extra zetje om alle vermoeidheid en spanning los te laten. Kristina voelt heel goed aan wat de spieren nodig hebben en aankunnen. Er werd even 2 uur voor mij gezorgd, heerlijk!
What a nice massage I received! This gave my recovery after childbirth that extra push to let go of all fatigue and tension. Kristina has a very good sense of what the muscles need and can handle. I was taken care of for 2 hours, wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristina is gevoelig en denkt met je mee. Ze heeft net dat beetje extra gedaan om mij te helpen tijdens mijn zwangerschap en me heerlijk laten ontspannen incl. Oefeningen. Massage bij haar is echt aan te raden!! Ze kan je echt helemaal laten ontspannen en leren los laten. Verder heeft ze mooie post partum en verlies behandelingen en een hele fijne zwangerschapscursus!!
Kristina is sensitive and thinks along with you. She went the extra mile to help me during my pregnancy and make me relax, incl. Exercises. Massage with her is really recommended!! She can really make you completely relax and learn to let go. She also has beautiful post partum and loss treatments and a very nice pregnancy course!!
