E	Edwin Val on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het product is naar mijn mening niet voldoende uitontwikkeld of in elk geval zijn sommige pakketten niet voldoende uitgerust. Vaak lukt het me niet om kamers te boeken. Er zitten allerlei quota op die voor mij niet logisch zijn. Al doende (na veel uitproberen en vaak geen kamers meer te kunnen boeken) krijg je een beetje een idee wat die quota's dan zijn. Zou het niet veel makkelijker zijn als ik iig een bestaande boeking makkelijk zou kunnen wijzigen naar een andere kamer en/of een andere tijd? Maar erger dan dat is nog dat ineens er een de facto blokkade op mijn account bleek te zitten. Daarnaast kan ik de app niet gebruiken en is er alleen een light-versie van de desktop-website beschikbaar voor de mobiel. Mijn conclusie: er moeten haast wel betere producten op de markt zijn dan Mapiq. In my opinion the product is not sufficiently developed or in any case some packages are not sufficiently equipped. I often cannot book rooms. There are all kinds of quotas that are not logical for me. In the process (after trying a lot and often not being able to book rooms) you get a bit of an idea of what those quotas are. Wouldn't it be much easier if I could easily change an existing booking to another room and / or a different time? But worse than that is that suddenly there appeared to be a de facto block on my account. In addition, I cannot use the app and there is only a light version of the desktop website available for the mobile. My conclusion: there must be almost better products on the market than Mapiq.
