Eerste contact was stroef maar ben later wel teruggebeld door Mapro met uitleg hoe het zit.
Dat verandert de gang van zaken niet maar is wel professioneel.
Unfortunately, the products in the webshop could not be delivered immediately. I find that disappointing because it is not mentioned on the website.
Initial contact was difficult, but I was later called back by Mapro with an explanation of how it works.
That does not change the course of events, but it is professional.
