I studied portrait and documentary photography at the Amsterdam Photo Academy, graduating with honours in 2008. I've since worked as a freelancer for a wide variety of clients in both the media world and cultural, social, corporate and creative organisations.

In recent years, I've focussed on producing video work, short films and portrait photography. I have a personal and cinematic filming style that relates closely to my photographic work, and I aim to create soulful, intimate and timeless visuals.

I can offer complete video production packages to companies and organisations, from concept/script writing, interviewing, camera work, drone flying (EASA licensed drone pilot, categories A1/A3 + A2), location lighting, sound recording to editing and colour grading. I share an office in Amsterdam with talented colleagues in the video/filmmaking industry, whereby collaborations can be easily formed for bigger productions and multi-camera shoots.

Besides the visual work, I have a background in music composition and production, so I can produce soundtracks for video productions where time and budget allow. As a member of Artlist, I can also provide stock music, in any genre, for audio-video productions.

I am also available as a portrait photographer on location or in the studio.

Ik heb portret- en documentairefotografie gestudeerd aan de Amsterdamse Fotoacademie en ben in 2008 cum laude afgestudeerd. Sindsdien werk ik als freelancer voor een breed scala aan opdrachtgevers in zowel de mediawereld als culturele, sociale, zakelijke en creatieve organisaties.

De afgelopen jaren heb ik mij toegelegd op het maken van videowerk, korte films en portretfotografie. Ik heb een persoonlijke en filmische filmstijl die nauw aansluit bij mijn fotografische werk, en ik streef ernaar om soulvolle, intieme en tijdloze beelden te creëren.

Ik kan complete videoproductiepakketten aanbieden aan bedrijven en organisaties, van concept/script schrijven, interviewen, camerawerk, drone vliegen (EASA gelicentieerde dronepiloot, categorieën A1/A3 + A2), locatieverlichting, geluidsopname tot montage en kleurcorrectie. Ik deel een kantoor in Amsterdam met getalenteerde collega's in de video/filmindustrie, waardoor samenwerkingen gemakkelijk kunnen worden gevormd voor grotere producties en multi-camera shoots.

Naast het visuele werk heb ik een achtergrond in het componeren en produceren van muziek, dus ik kan soundtracks voor videoproducties produceren, waar tijd en budget het toelaten. Als lid van Artlist, kan ik ook stock muziek leveren, in elk genre, voor audio-videoproducties.

Ook ben ik beschikbaar als portretfotograaf op locatie of in de studio.
