Zij weten hoe je aan klantenbinding doet! My favorite store, not only because I like the style of MP, but especially for the saleswomen who are very friendly, helpful and don't impose anything. They know how to do customer loyalty!

Staff is super friendly and helpful!

This Marc O 'Polo store is a real boutique, has a wide collection and the staff is professional without being intrusive. The luxury appearance of the brand comes into its own here. The different sizes in clothing are almost always complete here. Paper carrier bags have been self-evident here for years.

Na een bezoekje aan Maastricht heb ik een dag daarna telefonisch contact gezocht en de schoenen naar Amsterdam gestuurd, heel vriendelijk allemaal. Very nice service! p	pietrociuffini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of sun glasses for 130 Euros. While I was buying, the employees were kind and told me all I wanted to hear. They told me the lenses were polarised and assured me the glasses were for men (while I kept on suspecting the model was for women). After I bought them and tried them on, it turn out that they would not have polarised lenses and (surprise surprise) the model was for women. So the day right after I went there to ask them a refund, since in their terms and conditions anyone is eligible for a refund within 14 days after the purchase. They were so rude! Didn't give me the refund, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor they threatened me to kick me out of the store. I suggest never to buy anything there!
