★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the first and last time I will buy a March. The service is terrible I was supposed to receive wheels for my luggage (that got damaged after one travel) in January. It's now June and I still have nothing. After a couple of emails and phone calls Willem Kok said in a very unfriendly way that it's to expensive for him to send the wheels even though I have a guarantee.
