★ ★ ★ ★ ★ k raad absoluut niemand aan hier een jurk te kopen. Tijdens de eerste afspraak voelde ik me zwaar gepusht en heb toch wel onder druk de jurk gekocht. Uiteindelijk toch blij met de keuze en het verdere contact liep goed en werd goed geholpen. Maar een week voor de bruiloft kwam ik met de jurk thuis en bleek een stuk niet goed gestikt te zijn. Wat was ik blij dat ik de jurk nog een keer had aangetrokken! Dat is uiteindelijk nog snel gemaakt. Maar helaas bleef het daar niet bij en kwam ik er op mijn bruiloft achter dat de onderjurk niet is vermaakt en nog vol spelden zat. Ik heb dus steeds de jurk op moeten tillen om er niet overheen te struikelen. De mooiste foto's die gemaakt zijn zie je de spelden zitten. Heb ontzettend veel stress gehad op deze dag samen met mijn moeder. Ook de sluier die ik kocht twv 220 euro was niet goed gestikt bij het kammetje. Dit hebben we nog moeten vaststikken op de dag zelf. De afhandeling van de klacht was rampzalig. Werd van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en nooit geen enkele excuses ontvangen. Was ik maar ergens anders heen gegaan.
I absolutely do not recommend anyone to buy a dress here. During the first appointment I felt strongly pushed and I still bought the dress under pressure. Finally happy with the choice and further contact went well and was helped well. But a week before the wedding I came home with the dress and it turned out that a piece was not stitched properly. I was so happy that I had put on the dress again! That was eventually made quickly. But unfortunately it did not stop there and I discovered at my wedding that the slip dress was not entertained and still full of pins. So I always had to lift the dress to avoid tripping over it. You can see the most beautiful photos that have been made. I had a lot of stress on this day together with my mother. Also the veil that I bought worth 220 euros was not stitched well at the comb. We still had to fix this on the day itself. The handling of the complaint was disastrous. Was sent from the box to the wall and never received any apologies. If only I had gone somewhere else.
