De manier waarop ze werkten was erg prettig en de foto's zijn bijzonder mooi geworden. Ze wisten te bereiken dat we niet het gevoel hadden op de foto te moeten, maar lieten ons vooral met elkaar en de bijzondere dag bezig zijn, ook/juist tijdens de fotoshoot. Dat was heerlijk ontspannen, en dat zie je terug in de spontane foto's. Ook de aanloop naar de bruiloft was erg prettig met o.a. een kennismakingsgesprek en een mooie love-shoot. We kunnen hen aan iedereen aanbevelen! Marije Baan and her husband Gerben are great photographers! We are very happy that we found them for our wedding. The way they worked was very pleasant and the photos became very beautiful. They managed to achieve that we did not have the feeling of having to be photographed, but mainly let us be busy with each other and the special day, also during the photo shoot. That was wonderfully relaxed, and you can see that in the spontaneous photos. The run-up to the wedding was also very pleasant, including an introductory meeting and a beautiful love-shoot. We can recommend them to everyone!
A	Anne Borghuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvergetelijk! Het is al weer ruim een jaar geleden, maar onze trouwdag is mede door Marije en Gerben onvergetelijk geworden! Omdat Marije al eerder hele mooie familiefoto's had gemaakt, was het geen moeilijke keuze wie we voor onze trouwdag zouden vragen. Door het voorafgaande kennismakingsgesprek en fotoshoot, wisten we van beide kanten dat het goed zat. De voorbereidingen zijn essentieel geweest voor de dag zelf: we hebben een fantastische, mooie, relaxte en zeer bijzondere dag gehad, mede door de professionaliteit en rust van Marije en Gerben! En het weer was ook nog eens geweldig :) We hebben ontzettend mooie foto's en een geweldig fotoalbum aan deze dag overgehouden en kunnen iedereen aanraden om met deze 2 lieve mensen in zee te gaan. Er wordt niets door hen over het hoofd gezien of vergeten, alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, gepland en bedacht. Ook hun eigen manier om door middel van briefjes alles om je heen te vergeten, werkt ontzettend prettig en rustgevend. Kortom: wij konden ons geen betere fotografen wensen, wij konden onszelf zijn en zij maakten het onvergetelijk! Unforgettable! It has been more than a year ago, but our wedding day has become unforgettable thanks to Marije and Gerben! Because Marije had taken beautiful family photos before, it was not a difficult choice who we would ask for our wedding day. Through the prior introductory meeting and photo shoot, we knew from both sides that it was all right. The preparations were essential for the day itself: we had a fantastic, beautiful, relaxed and very special day, partly due to the professionalism and tranquility of Marije and Gerben! And the weather was great too :) We have very beautiful photos and a great photo album from this day and can recommend everyone to work with these 2 lovely people. Nothing is overlooked or forgotten by them, everything is taken care of, planned and conceived down to the last detail. Their own way of forgetting everything around you by means of notes is also very pleasant and calming. In short: we couldn't wish for better photographers, we could be ourselves and they made it unforgettable!

We found Marije's website after a long online search through several wedding blogs and social media posts and we immediately loved the look and feel of the pictures she took. We first met Marije & Gerben online during a Skype call because we lived abroad at the time and later in person during a "love shoot" a few months before the wedding. From the get go, there was a very relaxed atmosphere and during the photo shoots we didn't even notice they were there most of the time ! Marije has come up with a very fun (and inventive!) way of ensuring the pictures are loving & spontaneous and during the photo shoot we really had the time to appreciate each other and the amazing day we were having. The photos taken during the day of our family & friends were also done so beautifully and they really managed to capture the essence and emotions of the day. After the wedding, we really quickly received a preview of our wedding photos (along with a lovely blog written bij Marije), followed by our full online gallery a few weeks later. The process to select pictures for in our physical wedding album was super hard (because there were so many good pictures haha), but it was super efficient and easy to do. I'm so happy and grateful we decided to have Marije as our wedding photographer and can wholeheartedly recommend her and Gerben to anyone looking for spontaneous, unique and really beautiful (wedding) photos that you'll enjoy looking at for years to come!
