★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen weekend heb ik twee avonden goed gegeten in Marina.
Wel een punt van kritiek:
Als je (serveerster) borden met (warm) eten uitserveert, dan heb je één taak: uitserveren. Ga dan niet met een andere (lopende) gast in gesprek terwijl het eten afkoelt en de gast over het eten heen praat. Zeg dan tegen die klant: 'Ik kom zo bij u', loop verder, serveer het eten uit en keer terug naar die klant.
Omgekeerd geldt voor klanten: spreek geen personeel aan dat aan het uitserveren is. Bedankt.
Last weekend I had a good meal in Marina for two evenings.
A point of criticism:
If you serve (waitress) plates with (hot) food, you have one task: serve. Do not talk to another (walking) guest while the food is cooling and the guest is talking about the food. Then say to that customer: 'I'll be right with you', walk on, serve the food and return to that customer.
Conversely, for customers: do not address staff who are serving. Thanks.
