Van A tot Z hebben zij het mij uitgelegd en stap voor stap meegenomen in het proces. Ze denken mee met mij als klant en met de organisatie waar ik de aandelen van kocht. Super service en fantastische mensen.
I went to Marks Wachters to set up a BV and to provide shares from another BV. I had no idea about this until my visit to Marks Wachters. They explained it to me from A to Z and took them step by step through the process. They think along with me as a customer and with the organization from which I bought the shares. Super service and fantastic people.

โ โ โ โ โ I was in the middle of selling my small flat in my country (part of EU), but due to Corona virus I could not go to sign the documents needed for the selling process. So, the only way to do it is to make a power of attorney for someone. Embassy would be able to do this for free, but Covid-19 would allow any appointment in the next 3months. I found a way to request the power of attorney to written in the Netherlands, written in my language (otherwise it would not be accepted by the home country authorities). Marks Wachters were so open to take this challenge, it is not easy and common. But they were so supportive and professional. They accepted the job, they explain me what it is going to happen and what steps we have to follow, and within 2 weeks I had the power of attorney ready and sent to my home country to the person who would represent me.
I really appreciate the work that Marks Wachters did. I would 100% recommend their services.
