β β β β β Geen leuke tijd gehad het half jaar dat ik hier gewoond heb. Veel geluidsoverlast en de sfeer erg onpersoonlijk. De kosten lijken inclusief te zijn maar niks is minder waar. 2 jaar later wordt er nog een eindafrekening gestuurd. Ik raad iedereen aan om in een gezellig studentenhuis te gaan wonen waar alles veel beter geregeld is.
 I didn't have a good time the half year that I lived here. A lot of noise and the atmosphere is very impersonal. The costs seem to be included, but nothing could be further from the truth. 2 years later, a final settlement is sent. I advise everyone to live in a cozy student house where everything is much better organized.

β β β β β GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THEM IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. THE WI FI IS ALMOST UNEXISTENT, THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AS THEY ARE, WITHOUT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE PRICE. MOREOVER, THE MOST COMPELLING PART OF MY ARGUMENT IS THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 5 MINUTES OF HOT WATER ONCE EVERY FEW HOURS ! THAT'S RIGHT! WHERE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO PAY 200β¬ OUT OF THE TOTAL PRICE ONLY FOR UTILITIES, IF YOU DO THE DISHES FOR 5 MINUTES YOU HAVE TO WAIT A FEW HOURS BEFORE THE BOILER FILLS UP AGAIN IN ORDER TO TAKE A (SHORT) SHOWER. IN ADDITION, FOR ANY KIND OF PROBLEM, DON'T RELY ON THEM. THEY WON'T FIX ANYTHING. MY HEATER WAS FILLED WITH MUD AND AFTER MONTHS OF REQUESTING HELP I ENDED UP FIXING IT MYSELF. WHEN I LEFT, BETWEEN MANY OTHER ABSURDITIES, THEY CHARGED ME 30β¬ FOR FORGETING TO REMOVE MY PAN FROM THE ROOM.

β β β β β My advice: do not rent an apartment from this company. I speak from experience. The ONLY thing they care about is making money so everything needs to be as cheap as possible. For example, there is no way to contact them via the phone (even in case of emergencies). Only way to reach them is via email , which they will reply after one week or not at all. In addition, they do not care about your living conditions. I had a leakage in my apartment which caused rainwater to flow into my room. Obviously, this needed to be resolved, but I was told that it was too much work for the building manager so they were not willing to fix the leakage. After this the first thing I did was terminate my contract with them because obviously this is ridiculous.
Also, the rooms are not soundproof. Even normal conversations of your neighbours can be heard as if you're standing next to them.

β β β β β It doesn't worth the price. You will experience: noisy street, noisy neighbors, party until 4am and a drilling machine above your head at 7.30am. Don't come if you have better choice.

β β β β β Definitely not reliable. They prefer having dutch people, which is stupid since they are a lot of international students without homes. Basically you will wait for nothing so choose something else instead. Had high hopes but you will more likely be on the streets if u depend on their answer.
