★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a residential and office building with a market hall underneath, located between Verlengde Niuewstraat and Grotemarkt strets, in front of Binnenrotte Boulevard where the flea market opens on Tuesdays and Saturdays; and Rotterdam Blaak NS station. The building was opened on October 1, 2014 by Queen Máxima of the Netherlands and stands up for its unique design and colorful interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The iconic building of Rotterdam. It's a very unique architecture you see in this building. The arch consists of apartments and office spaces, and the space in middle is being used as the market area. You can try out various kinds of food items here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a special market hall with many food stands, some restaurants, shops, "rooftop" terraces and a nicely decorated ceiling. Close to public transport facilities and in the heart of Rotterdam. Definitely worth visiting while strolling through the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is just extraordinary and amazing. It’s particularly interest that the shell of the structure is inhabited, and apartment windows are facing the outside and the inside of the concrete shell.
Nice market hall atmosphere inside, the large scale glass facades make it a pleasant atmosphere throughout the year.
