Markus is not a sustainable company at all, far from it now that they are going to build in the Lutkemeerpolder. Get out of this contract while you still can, Markus !!!

Echt droevig :( Although he pretends to be an entrepreneur with a heart for the world, he takes on every project without looking at the consequences. Really sad :(

Niet mee in zee gaan, zou ik zeggen. Worthless company. It is, of course, a regional contractor, but no sense of the region. They also do only moderately to destroy Lutkemeer. I would say not to go along with it.

A	Astrid N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg onbeleefd. We moeten na 2 weken nog steeds teruggebeld worden door degene die over hun MVO beleid gaat ivm het vernielen van boerenland. De vraag over waarom er 2, 12 jr jonge eikenbomen uit de grond zijn getrokken die totaal niet in de weg stonden is ook (nog?) niet beantwoord. Very rude. After 2 weeks we still have to be called back by the person who is responsible for their CSR policy regarding the destruction of farmland. The question about why 2, 12 yr young oak trees were pulled out of the ground that did not stand in the way at all, has not (yet?) Been answered.

Daarnaast is het een geliefd uitlaat- en recreatiegebied voor heel Amsterdam en Zwanenburg/Halfweg. DE bouw is verder onnodig. Er is leegstand en er zijn veel betere opties zijn. Waar kijk je liever naar, een blok beton of dit? Hier wil je je naam toch niet aan verbinden. Building in a nature reserve full of red list and ex red list birds? Come on. It is also a popular outlet and recreation area for all of Amsterdam and Zwanenburg / Halfweg. The construction is further unnecessary. There is vacancy and there are much better options. What would you rather look at, a block of concrete or this? You don't want to associate your name with this.

En is bezig met de CO2-prestatieladder, ze zeggen op web site:,‘ Wij dragen organisaties die zich inzetten voor een goede en gezonde leefomgeving een warm hart toe. Daarom zijn wij Vriend van Landschap Noord-Holland en Natuurmonumenten’ .... maar markus bv werkt mee aan het bedrijventerrein wat de lutkemeerpolder voor eeuwig in beton giet dus hoe valt dit uit te leggen? Markus bv is helping with the destruction of the Lutkemeerpolder. Markus BV is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility. And is working on the CO2 performance ladder, they say on the website: "We are committed to organizations that are committed to a good and healthy living environment. That is why we are a Friend of Landscape Noord-Holland and Natuurmonumenten ".... but markus bv is involved in the business park that casts the lutkemeerpolder into concrete forever, so how can this be explained?
