★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netter Vermieterin. Alles ist neu eingerichtet und tiptop sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn neben den Pferden auf dem Hof können in Xanten Wardt reichhaltige Sportangebote auf den fußläufig erreichbaren Seen genutzt werden. Hinzu kommen die mittelalterliche Stadt und der Archäologische Park Xanten. Auch Fahrräder lohnen sich.
A nice apartment with a very nice landlady. Everything is newly furnished and extremely clean. We felt very much at home, because in addition to the horses on the farm in Xanten Wardt, extensive sports activities can be used on the lakes within walking distance. There is also the medieval town and the Xanten Archaeological Park. Bicycles are also worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöner Stall mit sehr guten Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Halle, Dressurplatz, und Longierzirkel werden täglich gepflegt. Die Pferde bekommen ausreichend Heu in bester Qualität und stehen täglich mind. 8 Stunden draußen. Im Sommer stehen die Pferde auf sehr schönen Wiesen. Die Boxen werden täglich gemistet und eingestreut . Der Service ist super . Mein Pferd und ich sind sehr sehr glücklich an diesem tollen Stall stehen zu dürfen ?
Beautiful stable with very good training opportunities. Hall, dressage arena and lunging circles are maintained daily. The horses get enough hay of the best quality and stand outside for at least 8 hours a day. In summer the horses stand on very beautiful meadows. The boxes are mucked and littered daily. The service is great. My horse and I are very, very happy to be able to stand at this great stable ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden een klein appartement met twee etages. Boven slapen, beneden een benauwd keukentje met sfeerloze witte LED verlichting. Badkamer op de gang, die je moest afsluiten, omdat anders andere gasten er gebruik van zouden kunnen maken. TV werkte niet, geen koffiezetapparaat. Slecht afgewerkt en benauwend door de lage plafonds. Geen aanrader, al is de ligging wel leuk tussen de twee meren in, met een leuk restaurant op loopafstand. Xanten is ook een leuk plaatsje. De gastvrouw hebben we niet gesproken, al riep ze uit het raam dat ze de € 25,- voor de hond (staat niet op Airbnb) zou komen innen. Dat heeft ze niet meer gedaan.
We had a small apartment with two floors. Sleeping upstairs, downstairs a cramped kitchen with moodless white LED lighting. Bathroom in the hallway, which you had to close, otherwise other guests could use it. TV didn't work, no coffee maker. Poorly finished and oppressive because of the low ceilings. Not recommended, although the location is nice between the two lakes, with a nice restaurant within walking distance. Xanten is also a nice place. We did not speak to the hostess, although she called out the window that she would come and collect the € 25 for the dog (not listed on Airbnb). She hasn't done that again.
