★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von wegen zuverlässig. Eingebaute Insektenschutztür für 800€ musste bereits mehrfach wegen schlechtem Material repariert werden. Da hat die Firma aber anscheinend wenig Interesse dran, weil man damit ja kein Geld verdient. Termine werden nicht eingehalten, Material nicht bestellt, bis sie sich einfach gar nicht mehr melden. Mit einer Baumarktlösung wäre ich wahrscheinlich besser dran gewesen. Jetzt hab ich für 30€ Lamellen angebracht und die 800€ Tür steht wegen Unbrauchbarkeit im Schuppen. Mehr als ärgerlich!!!!
Because of reliable. Built-in insect screen door for 800 € had already been repaired several times because of bad material. Apparently, the company has little interest in it, because it does not make any money out of it. Appointments are not adhered to, material not ordered until they simply do not even report. With a DIY solution, I would probably have been better off. Now I've attached slats for 30 € and the 800 € door is due to unusability in the shed. More than annoying !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann über die Qualität bzw Leistung nichts positives bzw. negatives sagen….Telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen, dann Besichtigung vor Ort….Angebot soll erstellt werden…dann nach mehrmaligen Mails, WhatsApp Nachrichten und anrufen keinerlei Antwort mehr…wie tot aber Nachrichten wurden gehört…Ein einfaches „es tut uns leid, aber wie wollen nicht, wir können nicht oder was weiß ich was hätte gereicht…so kann man leider nur Einen Stern vergeben
Can't say anything positive or negative about the quality or service....Contacted by phone, then on-site inspection....Offer should be made...then after repeated emails, WhatsApp messages and calls no answer anymore...how dead but messages were heard...on simple "we're sorry, but we don't want to, we can't or what do I know what would have been enough... unfortunately you can only give one star
