Ik ben Ela Wagland. Ik ben Poolse en getrouwd met een Australische man. Samen hebben we twee kinderen.
In 2008 kwam ik in aanraking met massage nadat ik uit het bedrijfsleven was gestapt. Ik richtte de aandacht op mijzelf. Ging stilstaan bij mijn patronen, pijn en gedachten en ontwikkelde tegelijkertijd zelfobservatie en -acceptatie. Tijdens mijn 4-jarige HBO opleiding tot massagetherapeut bij Holos, leerde ik dat mijn lijf mijn spiegel en mijn gids is.
Als massagetherapeut laat ik je door middel van verschillende massagevormen in contact komen met wat er op dat moment bij jou speelt. Met die kennis ontstaat ruimte voor acceptatie, balans en ontspanning. Je voelt je weer heel.
Dat ik je in dit proces mag begeleiden, is voor mij een cadeau.
