★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erik geeft een verfrissende blik op de onderwerpen binnen de wiskunde. Dit heeft mij heel erg geholpen, want hierdoor ging ik door hebben op wat voor een manier ik moest denken bij dit vak.
Ook legt Erik uit waarom er bepaalde regels in de wiskunde gelden, waardoor je precies gaat begrijpen hoe iets in elkaar zit. Dit is in tegenstelling tot: “deze regels moet je uit je hoofd kennen, succes”
 Erik gives a refreshing look at the topics within mathematics. This helped me a lot, because it allowed me to continue thinking in what way I had to think about this profession.
Erik also explains why there are certain rules in mathematics, so that you will understand exactly how something works. This is in contrast to: "you have to know these rules by heart, success"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb inmiddels meerdere materialen in gebruik die door oa Erik/MathPlay ontwikkeld zijn. Ik heb ook meerdere webinars en cusussen gevolgd bij MathPlay (Erik). Stuk voor stuk blijken ze zeer leerzaam en waardevol op veel meer gebieden dan ik voor aanvang van een webinar/cursus verwachtte..
De theorie kan meteen omgezet worden naar de praktijk en wordt ook altijd verduidelijkt met praktijkvoorbeelden. Ik krijg er ook echt energie van en wil (meteen) met de theorie die wordt aangeboden aan de slag, waardoor het uiteraard ook veel beter blijft hangen.
Enige "nadeel": als je eenmaal een webinar hebt gevolgd wil je er (waarschijnlijk ook) meer gaan volgen.
Kortom: een echte aanrader en niet enkel toe te passen op het gebied van rekenen en wiskunde.
I now have several materials in use that have been developed by Erik/MathPlay, among others. I have also attended several webinars and courses at MathPlay (Erik). Each and every one of them turns out to be very instructive and valuable in many more areas than I expected before the start of a webinar/course.
The theory can be immediately converted into practice and is always clarified with practical examples. It really gives me energy and I want to get started (immediately) with the theory that is offered, which of course also makes it much better.
Only "disadvantage": once you have followed a webinar you will (probably) want to follow more.
In short: highly recommended and not only applicable in the field of arithmetic and mathematics.
