★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De wielen zijn gewisseld. Ik had de zomerset netjes op de neergeklapte achterbank liggen, dekentjes er omheen zodat te niet tegen interieurdelen aankwamen. De winterwielen zijn gewoon teruggekwakt met diverse vegen op het leder en plastic tot gevolg. Jammer dat er zo met je auto wordt omgegaan, zeker gezien de flinke prijs die ze rekenen.
The wheels have been changed. I had the summer set neatly on the folded back seat, blankets around it so that it did not touch interior parts. The winter wheels have simply weakened, resulting in several smudges on the leather and plastic. It is a pity that your car is treated like this, especially considering the hefty price they charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van mijn nieuwe Continental banden waren er twee niet mooi rond en nadat er 1 was omgeruild bleek het balanceren van drie van de vier wielen nog steeds een grote uitdaging. Ik ben na duizenden kilometers en meerdere bezoeken eindelijk tevreden met hoe de auto rijdt. Dit dankzij de expertise van Alex. Jammer van de Conti's, ik rij ze op, daarna weer Michelin. Matterhorn blijft.
Two of my new Continental tires were not round and after one was exchanged, balancing three of the four wheels was still a big challenge. After thousands of miles and several visits I am finally satisfied with how the car drives. This is thanks to Alex's expertise. Too bad about the Conti's, I drive them on, then Michelin again. Matterhorn stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed the back wheel intertube for my electric scooter (electrische step) replaced and apparently not a single bike shop in Utrecht was able to help with this matter. So after a long search I found Matterhorn, sent them a picture of my scooter and within a day had a response with a price offer. I dropped off my scooter shortly before they closed and could pick it up the next day with my wheel working perfectly again. In conclusion, good place for having special things fixed; also very friendly staff. I'm completely satisfied.
