De e-bike is echt een tank, echt heel gaaf en het fietst fijn en zit lekker. Als je lange afstanden wilt afleggen is het wel handig om nog een extra accu erbij te kopen. Ordered the Matts Fold last week, had super fast delivery and excellent customer service. The e-bike is really a tank, really cool and it cycles nicely and is comfortable. If you want to cover long distances, it is useful to buy an extra battery.

Rijdt geweldig. Ook telefonisch goed geholpen mbt een paar vragen.Top service!! Ik raadt het iedereen aan Glad I ordered this bike from Matts. I call it the "Stealth" among e-bikes because of the speed, the model and the Matt(ts) black color. Drives great. Also well helped by phone with regard to a few questions.Top service!! Door wereldwijde leveringsproblemen heeft het even geduurd eer wij de bakfiets in ontvangst mochten nemen, maar medio oktober was daar eindelijk de bezorger! De kinderen zijn dolblij, die zitten maar wat graag in de bak en in combinatie met de huif zitten ze nu met het herfstweer ook lekker beschut. De Matts Carrier fiets erg gemakkelijk, alleen met de bochten heeft die wat behendigheid van de bestuurder nodig, want je kan niet in de bochten leunen zoals op een gewone fiets. Bij het eerste paar keren gebruiken bleek de linker remhendel af en toe te blokkeren, contact met Matts opgenomen en vanaf Matts werd er meegedacht over een oplossing. Uiteindelijk was het niet nodig, want het probleem heeft zich niet meer voorgedaan. Nu dus lekker fietsen met de Matts Carrier. Hij trekt behoorlijk wat bekijks! In Aug 2021 we ordered the Matts Carrier. Due to worldwide delivery problems, it took a while before we were allowed to receive the cargo bike, but in mid-October the delivery person was finally there! The children are overjoyed, they love to sit in the box and in combination with the hood they are now also nicely sheltered with the autumn weather. The Matts Carrier bike is very easy, only with the bends it needs some agility from the driver, because you can't lean in the bends like on a regular bike. During the first few uses, the left brake lever appeared to block now and then, Matts was contacted and Matts thought about a solution. In the end it was not necessary, because the problem has not recurred. So now you can enjoy cycling with the Matts Carrier. He attracts quite a lot of attention!

A	Adeel Qurashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the MATTS EV to navigate the streets of Amsterdam. I have never owned a scooter before, so the idea of low maintance was very appealing. I have owned a Matts since the summer of 2019 and I am very pleased with it. Since its electric, it makes no noise, which is very pleasant. I can easily cross the entire town without getting stuck in traffic jams and since I can charge the battery at home, I never have to visit a petrol station. Recommend that you take the case to carry your helmets (ie mandatory in Amsterdam), since there is not much room inside the body of the scooter. I bought two VITO Jet Moda helmets which are very affordable and also fit perfectly in the case.

The only thing was I didn’t like the scooters with engines because they make a lot of noise and are quite annoying. After researching for a while for an electric scooter that is affordable but comes with quality parts and doesn’t cut costs, I found Matts EV. Looking through the details I was instantly sold on the product. Immediately after the purchase I was contacted by Ruud, the owner of the company who notified me that my scooter would be delivered the next day! The next day arrived and so did Ruud with my scooter. Not only that, Ruud and I chatted for a while about the business and the scooter in great depth. I immediately got the impression that Ruud was passionate about his product and his customers and that he was running a business to have happy customers. It’s clear to me that he wasn’t expecting to hand over the keys and say goodbye, that to him he wants to be sure all of his customers are satisfied and remain satisfied. The customer service here is outstanding, really. The product is also of great quality. The build feels high quality and doesn’t seem to skimp on any of the parts, despite the relatively low price for an electric scooter with these specifications. It is also possible to fit two jet helmets into the box add on on the back and close it, with a bit of a squeeze. Overall I’m extremely happy with the quality of service and product I’ve received. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electric scooter.
