★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised they still get customers. They will charge you even if they provide zero service. I had a doctor's referral for them for a specific treatment, I went there and they just said they didn't do that there and they still charge me for a full consultation! Zero service, zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never write bad reviews, but for the Mauritskliniek I'll make an exception. Avoid this clinic at any cost: They always run late, they will overcharge you for consults, they will schedule consults for you that aren't really required, they require multiple consults before they do any actual treatment and in my case I spend 300,- EUR total in consults + one treatment to treat a cyst: my condition is actually worse then before I entered the clinic, and the clinic doesn't want to acknowledge this or correct the situation of my cyst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a quarter of a star, that would be my rating.
They just have no clue. I went there for my baby who had a very bad eczema. They just kept trying random things. They were clearly not listening to the medical history and the two doctors who visited my son kept changing each other's therapy. Zero medical knowledge.
Now I am trying for one week to have my son's medical dossier sent to my Gp in order to change dermatologist - hopefully he or she actually has a medical degree - but no success: they ignore my request and my son's eczema has never been so bad. Don't - go - there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everywhere when you change the date of appointment a day before appointment - it's ok! But here you should call exactly 24 hours before, not even single hour later overwise you would be charged in 55 euros for nothing! And rude doctor who speaks and behave with commander tone is included, he said me " close the door and sit!" And prescribed me antibiotics and retinol even if i was breastfeeding and have an atopic dermatitis on my face so I'm super sensitive ?♀️ But receptionist is very nice ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very superficial medical staff. They make a diagnose and keep on advising one medication another without any apparent logic. One thing is constant, the disclaimer that it your body so you decide. They clearly take no accountability for the result. Also they too narrowly look at the symptoms (skin rushes etc) and give you treatment for that but they do not offer hints on how to investigate the causes (often time diet is the problem). Not saying they are a scam, but surely you want to get a second opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My GP doctor referred here, I went for consultation to the clinic but didn’t opt for any treatment, high charge and can’t trust the doctor.
Before visiting I have specially confirmed if consultation is under my insurance, both from whom I have received call for appointment and doctor confirmed that it’s under my insurance.
But, I have received €190 invoice today for this 5 min consultation.
I could have trusted earlier reviews.
Avoid this clinic, suspecting Frauds :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest i was worried a little bit when i read the reviews,
Therefore i emailed the clinic to make sure that the intake is covered by insurance and they were quick with response and said it's covered,
when i went to the intake to remove unwanted birth mark, i didn't have to wait long, the doctor was very nice actually friendly and helpful even he offered to remove it on the spot and his assistant did it, she was nice and friendly and answered all my questions, it was very pleasant visit actually and everything went smoothly,
i paid nothing, they said everything is covered,
from my experience i recommend the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is zero-rating rather than one star I will choose it, because they do not deserve even the one star, never go there, scammers.
I called the clinic Before visiting to make sure that the consultation and treatment are covered by my insurance, both the person on phone and the doctor confirmed that it’s under my insurance and even they said that they don't charge the first consultation, it is always free of charge with them. I had one consultation and the doctor decided on a blood test, they then scheduled a phone call to tell me the results, which was 5 minutes call.
5 months later I received a surprise invoice of 160 Euro when I called them to explain why is this invoice and for what, they claimed that it was for the second consultation, the phone call of the duration of 5 min., and they keep saying it is your own risk.
Never go there, I highly advise you to avoid this clinic, suspecting Frauds.
