They have 3 really strong funds in which anyone can invest from a minimum amount of €1 000, from which they can earn an annual % profit and a share from the profit at the exit point of the investment. This project also has a really strong social media presence on various channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Medium. Also, they have a really experienced team of professionals working in the field and being very determined to improve the success of the project.
The Max Crowdfund platform is a very professional platform that is translated in various languages and has already been upgraded to an automated kyc process and has its own blockchain system integrated within it.
I highly recommend looking into this company/project and either buy some tokens and/or invest within the company's property funds.

Creating an account and making payment was very easy. However, they should increase the number of projects soon. Many investors from China and other Asian Countries consider investing in properties in Europe as a conservative, sustainable way for their money .

Ended up investing via Max Crowdfund and found it a user friendly website. Fact that are using blockchain technology was an added bonus, as believe real estate is a great use case for the tech.
