Zijn ze gesloten. Ondertussen de 3e keer dat dit gebeurt. Erg jammer. Great store, only very spacious with its opening times. Do you want to pick up your package at 6:00 PM, because the site states that they are open every day until 9:00 PM. Are they closed. Meanwhile the 3rd time this happens. Pity.

Kom je blij je pakket ophalen omdat hij thuis niet geleverd kan worden ivm invoeringskosten, is het pakket niet aanwezig terwijl dit wel in de app staat vermeld van PostNL. Nu heeft PostNL het voor mij uitgezocht en het blijkt dat hij alle pakketen waar hij niet capabel voor is geweigerd worden. De invoerkosten wil hij niet nemen, dus is het pakket direct retour afzender gegaan. Een pakket van 600€ gaat nu weer retour naar het buitenland en kan er nu weer een maand op wachten. En in de winkel doen alsof zijn neus bloed, nee dit is heel vreemd het pakket hier nooit gehad. Ach mij zie je in ieder geval niet meer terug. Er lopen nu 3 klachten vanuit PostNL hoofdkantoor op deze shop. En het is mogelijk niet lang meer een PostNL punt. Stel je toch eens voor dat er medicijnen uit het buitenland komen voor een ziek persoon en deze shop het zonder enige moeite weer terug stuurt. Geen respect voor haar eigen klanten en alleen maar willen profiteren van het geld dat ze aan PostNL verdienen. Zie hier de foto's voor het bewijs echt schandalig! Hoezo 7 dagen de tijd.........
