S	Stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a product beforehand, and was directed to the pickup counter. We stood there for 30 minutes, after which we asked someone to help us. We were told we had to first go to the information counter, which to us made no sense and was not conveyed to us in any way. The organization has some work to do; the store looks good but apparently helping customers is not a top priority.
L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a shower door, when still in the carton I slightly moved the door in the bathroom and the glass broke. We don't know exactly what the reason was, if the glass was slightly cracked already or the door moved inside the carton. After contacting them, we had to order a new door (glass only) and at first we had to pay but then they fully refunded the cost of the second door. It was much appreciated. So after a first disappointment they gained back their points. I bought another shower door last year and I didn't have any issue at that time so overall I can recommend this company.

Somebody just rang the bell and left, my husband had to deduce that apparently that was tiles delivery, went out of the building and found the tiles outside. No signature upon delivery was required, as described, so anyone could have just taken our tiles while they were waiting for us outside.

Q	Quan Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of choices, great service. Return period is 365 days, that's unbeatable by any other suppliers. I've recently a bunch of tiles & shower glass from them and of course, I ordered too many tiles + wrong size and they came to pick them all up properly. The delivery & pick up service is what stands out the most to me, home owner without a car !
