Inmiddels 5 jaar klant. Goede service en ondersteuning. Mooi product en de app werkt erg gemakkelijk als je interesse hebt in je verbruik.

Slecht, na 5 vijf is de maxem box kapot. Kreeg de mededeling "5 levensjaren is normaal bij apparaten."
Too bad, after 5 five the maxem box is broken. Received the message "5 years of life is normal for appliances."

Ik ben al vanaf 2014 in het bezit van een Maxem. Recent verhuisd en heb de oude laadpaal inclusief Maxem meegenomen naar mijn nieuwe woning. Werd proactief benaderd door de klantenservice van Maxem met de mededeling dat de Maxem offline was en er werd direct hulp aangeboden. Communicatie tussen laadstation en Maxem werd gisteren verkeerd aangesloten door mijn installateur. Gisteren en vandaag ondersteuning gehad van Erik en alles doet het weer naar behoren. Belde vandaag 17.15 uur zonder afspraak terug naar de klantenservice voor ondersteuning en kreeg wegens drukte niemand aan de lijn. Alhoewel de klantenservice geopend is tot 17.30 uur werd ik tot mijn positieve verbazing om 18.00 uur teruggebeld door Erik om mij verder te helpen en het probleem op te lossen. Dit is pas goede service & klantvriendelijkheid! Nogmaals bedankt ERIK!!! Top apparaat, Top bedrijf & Top Service!
I have owned a Maxem since 2014. Recently moved and took the old charging station including Maxem to my new home. Was proactively approached by Maxem's customer service stating that the Maxem was offline and assistance was offered immediately. Communication between charging station and Maxem was incorrectly connected yesterday by my installer. Yesterday and today we had support from Erik and everything is working properly again. Called back to customer service today 5:15 pm without an appointment for support and got no one on the line due to busyness. Although customer service is open until 5.30 pm, to my positive surprise, Erik got a call back at 6 pm to help me further and to solve the problem. This is good service & customer friendliness! Thanks again ERIK !!! Top device, Top company & Top Service!
