★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bike from here, broke within 3 days, owner tried to say it was my fault. Replaced my bike with a bike of a lower quality. Was very dismissive when I mentioned the problems with the bike. Do not recommend you to buy a bike from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice bike repair store! The owner here is really nice and friendly. And he just helped me to fix my tyres within 5 min! I thought that I have to get a new tyre for my bike, but the owner told me my tyre is fine just get a slow leak. So he pumped up the tyre and problem solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite bike shop in Groningen. The customer service is amazing and the owner is professional and gets the job done efficiently and quickly. I always had uplifting conversations when getting my bike fixed and it's the only store I go to nowadays, conveniently located near the city center, and cheaper than any other bike shop close by. I would really recommend you to go there to see for yourself.
