Very unprofessional delivery, they didn’t respect what agreed including assembling the table, which had to be done by my 70y old parents. Ow, and they wanted me to pay the delivery in cash (500 eur)...guess who’s making dirty money here. Never again.

Cople of things to highlight - service - advice in the shop was very nice, its such a good alternative to wholesalers in the city. Kind owner with a friendly attitude - delivery - amazing, frankly the delivery guys were just super helpful and delivered the sofa in my (relatively) narrow staircase with so much crativity and drive! Put it together for me and were super friendly! So very rare to get this type of service in Amsterdam. Thanks guys!! After this experience I will, with pleasure, buy furniture in this shop again, just speaks volumes of how much better it is to purchase furniture in shops that care rather than wholesale

The guy who sold us the piece in the shop was quite friendly and offered us a 50€ discount on the delivery. But thats when the good experince ended. Unlike he said, they did not call at the day of the delivery and just showed up (which was fine as I was home anyway). We told them it has to come in the window. When he came up and saw the window he said "and who is going to take that out. I wont". I explained that the person who was in charge of the window lift told me they will take it out and also in my opinion that is included in the delivery. I'm also pregnant and cant handle a big window frame myself, even if I wanted to. After some discussion he took it out while talking immensly how this is not his job. Same story when they took the piece in. They installed the window back in but with letting me know how this is not their job multiple times. We bought a 1000€ piece of furniture there, for this money I expect excellent service. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Friendly when they want to sell, VERY rude after you payed, didnt event close the appartement door when they left. Done with this place.

One and a half hours late, the delivery guys were plain rude. They claimed that since my apartment is on the third floor I should pay extra - while it said really clearly on my receipt that delivery was free. In the end they grumpily brought up the piece of furniture and dumped it at the entrance of my house in the middle of the corridor - when I asked them to bring it to the living room they just started pushing it with the risk of leaving marks on the wooden floor, at which point I just told them to leave. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Delivery to the 4th floor without an elevator was also not a problem, and I enjoyed a friendly chat during the assembly of my Innovation Living sofa. Would totally recommend!
