Good fastfood, only the french fries are not well baked and very salty.

This used to be a McDonald’s restaurant where we would stop on our way to our holiday destinations for a short break. Unfortunately, the quality has declined severely the last few years. Most personnel used to be teenagers from Isselburg and around, speaking German, English and Dutch even, orders were 100% accurate and food was served warm. Lately, this personnel was replaced by people who can hardly speak German, let alone English or an other language. This would all be okay, if the orders would be served correctly. Yet, when I order a Big Mac and a McChicken, I see one person preparing the chicken sandwich and the other person who should be preparing Big Macs just standing around, doing nothing (I’ve worked at McDonald’s as a teenager and still know the way things are prepared). When I received my order I complained and I just got a lame answer that it was busy, so I told them that the guy in the kitchen didn’t do his job. Another time I ordered a Cappuccino with whipped cream and vanilla-syrup through the order-terminal. Nothing fancy, I’d say, as you can only order what’s available. The guy was looking at the order, totally confused, and didn’t know how to operate the coffee machine. The other guy gave me two cups of coffee creamer in advance. I told him that I didn’t order coffee creamer, but whipped cream. He just stared at the order, totally puzzled, not knowing what I was talking about. The first guy was still being intrigued by the “complexity” of the coffee machine. After 15 minutes I finally got my cappuccino. I asked them if this is what I ordered, including whipped cream and syrup (which cost me extra) and they said “yes”. It turned out it was cappuccino with milk, no whipped cream and no syrup. In other words, the current personnel are incapable of doing their job and they are lying to the customer and cheating them. I will not visit this restaurant anymore and will go to the next one, just across the border in the Netherlands instead, where they have friendly personnel who do their job right.

Rude and unfriendly staff, Food was as expected.

Last time I have ordered ice-cream with double schoko- souce but I got ice-cream with double carammel. I pleased for exchange - and than I have got like half portion with a little amout schokolade souce (I paid for double, becouse when I eat all souce I thrue away the rest of ice cream). I have been there a few times, and generally they are not nice and don't prepeir meals like it should be (for exempel warm, not hot coffee, and don't give a little cookies to coffee in a breakfast menu).

Four customer's dogs inside this Mack!!!! Pictures with the biggest one, just near me. And this place has a big terace!!! He did not need to make the dog stink near all other custers. The cleaning lady employee said nothing to any dog owner!

Unfriendly crew. Dirty restaurant. The endless alarms that are not switched off are very unpleasant. My BigMac was cold and the french fries were not well baked. Usually I enjoy McDonald's very much, but this franchise owner makes a mess of it.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews of this location. In all honesty, the location isn't great, but it isn't bad either. I've been going here for a few years (i live nearby) and have always been happy with my McDonald's experience. The drive through is what I use 99% of the time, and it is quick and efficient. There's new displays there too, which is really nice. The staff has always been friendly to me and I've never had any problem with them. The parking lot is usually very clean and there's ample parking as well for those that want to park. The restaurant inside isn't the fanciest location you've ever seen, but it's well laid out and easy to find everything you need. The booths and tables are wiped down between customers, but cleanliness could be a little better. There's definitely some room for improvement here. Lastly, the food is good. I've never had orders messed up or anything. My only complaint is that it seems they could maybe slow the pace down a bit to make sure the food is piping hot, rather than luke warm sometimes at peak hours. However, in general, you won't be disappointed with this location of you're feeling like McDonald's.
