★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was a bad day! Not the food. The food was up to par. But the service was below average to say the least. Ordered on one of the screens. They ask you, take away or eating in. So I choose eating in. Choose the meal and try to finish the order. They ask for a table number, but there are no more table numbers. So I ask one of the employees. We're out. You have to choose take away. Where can I pick that option? You can't. You have to start over. OK. Then I wait for 20 minutes for my food. After 15 minutes, they call my number. I go to the counter. I give them my receipt. I get someone else's food. Wait, this is not yours. Oh, I called the wrong number. Then my number disappears from the board and I don't have my food. So no, not a good day. I think they can do better. Because usually it is. Come on McDonald's Arnhem Central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central located Mc Donald’s next to Arnhem Central Station. Staff is friendly and good organized especially miss Brandy took good care of us and showed us great hospitality. We will definitely visit this Mc Donald’s in the future.
