★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Case looks wonderful on their site and has high reviews. It came damaged. The company asked me if I would be willing to take as-is and promised me a refund. He then stopped responding to my emails and never issued a partial refund. I really wanted to like this company but naah. If you are looking for a Eurorack case, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rails looked nice, seemed very convenient for my purpose, so I tried to order. Unfortunately for some unknown reason I couldn’t pick a shipping option, therefore couldn’t finalize the order.
I contacted support as advised, which answered me quickly at first in late December. They proposed to send me an invoice to pay, which I agreed to. After that they ghosted me a first time. Sent them a mail half January, got an answer to propose an invoice again, which I agreed to, again. Ghosted again. Never got any invoice.
Now end of January, I reached out to them once again, still no answer in 4 days... it is very disappointing.
At first I was interested in them specifically because it seemed like a small company, to avoid going to the big ones like Schneidersladen, Synthrotek or TipTop audio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having trouble with Arjan now for over 6 month. Bought a PSU and rails. Delivery time was 2 month longer than communicated (which would’ve been ok, if communicated). Almost impossible to get responses to mails. And the worst....for all the trouble Arjan promised a black friday refund. Never happened till now. So do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else. Worst customer support I experienced till today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After ordering some rails and profiles I was sent too much (about twice), so I contacted the seller and we agreed to have me send it back and he would refund the postage costs. But no, never heard anything back, no replies, nothing. We're taking about 7 euros here ?
