★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wacht al 2 maanden op een terug betaling van 10 euro . Ivm een kapotte machine .
Rekeningnummer en tenaamstelling gegeven en nog 2 maanden later geen 10 euro terug .
Schandalig !!!!!!! ER wordt steeds beloofd aan een oplossing te werken .
Het lijkt mij toch niet zo moeilijk om 10 euro terug te storten . De wasmachine is niet eens gebruikt wel 10 euro weg . Het bedrijf bevestigd 1 keer per maand uit te betalen . In de maand mei is het niet gelukt om het terug te betalen . Rekeningnummer en tenaamstelling is bij ze bekend .nu nieuwe poging in ergens in juni .
Ook wil degene die het regeld niet de gegevens geven van de eigenaar van het bedrijf geven .
Dit alles is niet een normale gang van zaken .

 I have been waiting for a refund of 10 euros for 2 months. Due to a broken machine.

Scandalous !!!!!!! There is always a promise to work on a solution .
I don't think it's that hard to refund 10 euros. The washing machine is not even used or 10 euros gone. The company confirms to pay out once a month. In the month of May it was not possible to pay it back . Account number and name are known to them . Now new attempt in sometime in June .
Also , the person who arranges it does not want to give the details of the owner of the company .
All this is not a normal state of affairs.
Very bad !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag bij de wasmachine geweest in tilburg noord.
Wel betaald maar hij gaf een fout melding aan.
Netjes het nummer gebeld wat op de machine stond kregen een mannelijke medewerker aan de telefoon die was echt zeer on klantvriendelijk.
Uiteindelijk hoor je van je moet een mail sturen.
En dan in de mail staat dat het wel een maand kan duren voor je het geld terug krijgt.
Ik vind dit een behoorlijk schandalige service jullie stellen je diensten openbaar zorg er dan voor dat het werkt, en anders dat het niet zo omslachtig is om überhaupt je geld terug te krijgen lekker makkelijk verdienen zo want ja de helft van de mensen laat het er toch wel bij zitten dan nou dan hebben jullie echt pech nu!!
Went to the washing machine in Tilburg Noord today.
Paid but he gave an error message.
Neatly called the number that was on the machine got a male employee on the phone who was really very uncustomer-friendly.
Eventually you will hear that you should send an email.
And then in the email it says that it can take up to a month before you get the money back.
I think this is a pretty scandalous service you make your services public then make sure it works, otherwise it's not so cumbersome to get your money back at all nice and easy earn like this because yes half of the people leave it there anyway if you sit there then well then you are really unlucky now!!

Have a photo taken in Utrecht. Unfortunately that didn't go well. Contacted Prontophot. Very fast response and a good solution. Definitely 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het betreft een pasfoto-automaat, in dit geval in het gemeentehuis van Wijdemeren in Loosdrecht, bedoeld voor het maken van pasfoto's voor o.a. ID-kaart en paspoort. Redelijke kleuren pasfoto's voor een redelijke prijs, 5 stuks voor €7,00. Natuurlijk niet dezelfde kwaliteit als bij de fotograaf maar in dit geval alleszins redelijk en alles in één gang kunnen doen.
It concerns a passport photo machine, in this case in the town hall of Wijdemeren in Loosdrecht, intended for taking passport photos for, among other things, ID card and passport. Reasonable color passport photos for a reasonable price, 5 pieces for €7.00. Of course not the same quality as with the photographer, but in this case quite reasonable and being able to do everything in one go.

Had zelf een bedieningsfout gemaakt met het instellen van de temp. 30 in plaats van 60 graden. Maar kon dat helaas niet meer corrigeren , dus heb ik de was nog een keer opnieuw gedaan op 60 graden . heb gelijk contact op genomen en ze zouden mij het geld van 1 wasbeurt terug storten .
Kom hier zeker de volgende keer weer terug.
I am very satisfied with the service and the washing result.
Had made an operator error with setting the temp. 30 instead of 60 degrees. But unfortunately I couldn't correct that anymore, so I did the wash again at 60 degrees. I immediately contacted and they would refund me the money from 1 wash.
Definitely come back here next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tevreden! Een pasfoto maken in een hokje is even een dingetje voor je een officieel goedgekeurde foto voor elkaar hebt, maar uiteindelijk werkt 't prima! Zeker als je een hekel hebt aan pasfoto's maken bij een fotograaf ;-) En Prontophot biedt geweldige service: zelf heb ik kennelijk een fout gemaakt in het keuzemenu waar de foto voor bedoeld was en Prontophot heeft dat in rap tempo zonder bijkomende kosten hersteld. Je kunt mailen op hun website en reactie volgt heel snel. Super!
Satisfied! Making a passport photo in a cubicle is a bit of a thing before you have an officially approved photo, but in the end it works fine! Especially if you hate taking passport photos with a photographer ;-) And Prontophot offers great service: I apparently made a mistake in the selection menu for which the photo was intended and Prontophot quickly corrected it without additional costs. You can email on their website and response will follow very quickly. Super!
