★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machen gerne mal 10-20 Minuten früher Feierabend, was sehr ärgerlich ist, wenn man dafür extra früher von der Arbeit kommt!
Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter bisher immer sehr freundlich.
Make time 10-20 minutes earlier, which is very annoying, if you are extra early from work!
Otherwise, the staff were always very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht als DPD-Station zu gebrauchen; unbedingt vorher anrufen, ob geöffnet ist.
Aktuell variieren die Öffnungszeiten wegen Umzugs. Über die Videoklingel oder per E-Mail kam auch keine Antwort. Bei uns hat es fünf Anläufe gebraucht.
Not to be used as a DPD station; be sure to call ahead to see if it's open.
The opening times currently vary due to relocation. There was no answer either via the video bell or via email. We needed five attempts.

Man würde erwarten, dass die Öffnungszeiten zur Gänze eingehalten werden würden, jedoch ist dies meistens nicht der Fall. Entweder wird sehr spät geöffnet oder zu früh geschlossen.
Das ist Schade wenn man seit mehr als 2 Tagen versucht ein Paket abzuholen.
Wie die Rezensionen sagen scheint dies kein Einzelfall zu sein :0
Not suitable as Paketabholstelle.
One would expect the opening times to be fully met, but this is usually not the case. Either open very late or closed too early.
That's a pity if you have been trying for more than 2 days to pick up a package.
As the reviews say, this does not seem to be an isolated case: 0
