★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Twice now I've had a problem (first time with the Microsoft surface laptop 2 and the second time with the charger of the surface laptop 3) and each time they just replaced it with no additional costs and no problem at all. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service experience I had. Beware! I bought an expensive espresso machine, in the period of 3 years it was sent to repair 4 times. Since the warranty expired after 2.5 years for repair #3 I actually had to pay myself and within 2 month it was broken again. On the fourth time I brought the machine to the service center I asked for a resolution. So they've sent it to repair again.... Now I'm waiting. Meanwhile, the machine was away in repairs for more than 3 months in total, with MediaMarkt service not able to come up with a reasonable solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason they have staff is to make sure you don’t steal anything. Customers are treated like cattle and are guilty until proven innocent. They don’t know what they sell or if they have it. I wanted to try a headphone, but they were too lazy to help. They talk badly about their own products. They = Freddy, but the rest of the staff looked even more degenerate. Don’t bother visiting the store, order online and elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a 990 euro washing machine, it arrived through 2 guys, very unprofessional. didn't clean up the mess they made and the washing machine had major dents in it. called them to return but turned into a long process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mediamarkt Arena is nice and large shop. Its fun to shop or check things there. Sometimes its hard to get an attention of a staf if you have a question or communicate. Good air circulation too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sellers are offering more spam and even trying to scam you with additional services. I had a web page of the TV that I wanted on my phone and showed that to seller and he still offered me "calibrated version of the TV" (whatever that meant) for measly 80€ more. After that he started offering and insisting on additional discounts in case i switch my energy provider to budget energy or my internet provider to ziggo.

They sell most tech utilities and products, if you really need something they will find a way to sell u what u need on site.
They offer repair for Smartphones with appointment, for one go to the Smartbar.
They offer delivery and installation on site and at home.
They're the biggest Electronic shop in Amsterdam and one of the bigger ones in Netherlands.
