★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far one of the worst MediaMarkt locations I've ever been to. It was unorganized and parking was horrible too. Long story short, I checked online beforehand to see if a particular coffee machine I wanted was in stock, as well as a Nintendo Switch. Both showed online as available at the Duiven location. However when I got there, I asked the staff about the coffee machine and they said they had none left. Then I went upstairs to get the Nintendo Switch and another staff member said they had 22 in stock, but didn't know where they were and had been looking for them for 2 months.
Obviously, I ended up buying nothing as neither of what I wanted was there. What sucks the most is that I drove almost an hour to go to that location because it said online that what I wanted was in stock. But it wasn't. ...and nobody did anything about it even after I informed them. They still show both products available for pickup at that location, even though both are definitely not there.
I'm super upset because I had been so excited to go get a Nintendo switch for my birthday, and now I'm back home with nothing. Horrible experience. Do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman helping me find the product I was after where very thorough in finding it for me even tho it was obvious store was still being constructed (finishing touches). From my experience the stores inventory seems correct with the digital one, its brand new building quite impressive all together. Slightly unprofessional attitude on staff but makin due with whats available to send you packing satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent size MediaMarkt with the possibility to test sound. And a large amount of products. Pricing in some departments could be a lot better though so that you don't have to constanly ask, also the knowledge of employees about product locations could be better. Employees however are friendly and ready to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, definitely a bigger MediaMarkt. Love the fact that there is a lot of parking around there specifically for the MediaMarkt costumers. Very friendly staff too.
