3 vrije dagen moeten nemen voor het ontvangen van een wasmachine. Voor niks 2 dagen van 08:00 tot 22:00 te wachten. Ze zijn telefonisch, via chat en email niet te bereiken. Uiteindelijk een laffe email met de mededeling dat het erg druk was. Geen compensatie of wat dan ook ter genoegdoening. Ik kan begrip opbrengen voor de drukte mits ik op de hoogte word gebracht dat mijn bestelling op een andere dag wordt bezorgd. Klantenservice is zijn naam niet waardig. Beter opheffen die afdeling, dat scheelt weer in personeelskosten.
Have to take 3 days off to receive a washing machine. Waiting 2 days from 08:00 to 22:00 for nothing. They cannot be reached by phone, chat or email. Finally a cowardly email saying it was very busy. No compensation or anything in reparation. I can understand the crowds provided I am informed that my order will be delivered on another day. Customer service is not worthy of its name. It is better to close that department, which in turn saves on personnel costs.

Verschrikkelijk. Online bestelling in fysieke winkel moeten plaatsen. Samsung neo qled tv 65inch. In de winkel betaald en wachten op een bezorg en installatie afspraak door Dynalogic. Deze na 2 dagen gemaakt. Op de leverdatum zelf een statusupdate " fout in sortering". Uw bestelling wordt vandaag niet geleverd.. (kost me een vrije dag). Na ruim 4 uur bellen en chatten over meerdere dagen met mediamarkt online.. wordt de bestelling geannuleerd omdat de tv kwijt is.( na 5 dagen m'n geld nog niet retour) Vanwege een goede actie ten tijde van koop, wilde ik niet annuleren. Aangedragen oplossing door mij: 4 stuks met geen gehoor. Aangedragen oplossing door MM online: 0.... 1 drama Via de fysieke winkel in Breda alsnog zeer klantvriendelijk in oplossingen gedacht en deze hebben het gewoon wel geregeld. Oh ja, de online klantenservice kan zelfs niet zorgen dat de tv alsnog wordt opgehangen. Wat bij de kwijtgeraakt tv was afgesproken. Toen ik telefonisch aangaf dat ik als klant ook hun salaris betaal, werd er gelachen.. door schijnbaar " leidinggevende" Robert. Het woord "klantenservice" doet zijn naam geen eer aan... ze doen niets voor de klant. Deze review is trouwens de milde variant
Terrible. Have to place an online order in a physical store. Samsung neo qled tv 65 inch. Paid in store and waiting for a delivery and installation appointment by Dynalogic. Made this after 2 days. On the delivery date itself a status update "error in sorting". Your order will not be delivered today.. (takes me a day off). After more than 4 hours of calling and chatting over several days with mediamarkt online .. the order is canceled because the TV has been lost (after 5 days my money has not yet been returned) Due to a good promotion at the time of purchase, I did not want to cancel. Solution suggested by me: 4 pieces with no hearing. Solution proposed by MM online: 0.... 1 drama Thought very customer-friendly in solutions through the physical store in Breda and they just arranged it. Oh yeah, the online customer service can't even arrange for the TV to be hung up after all. What was agreed upon with the lost TV. When I indicated by phone that I as a customer also pay their salary, they laughed .. by apparently "supervisor" Robert. The word "customer service" doesn't live up to its name... they don't do anything for the customer. By the way, this review is the mild version

Waardeloze bedrijf en klantenservice!!! Wasmachine en droger gekocht via internet. Wordt mijn bestelling geanulleerd door klanten service, krijg ik een bezorger zonder spullen bij mij aan de deur. Ik heb al 10 keer met de zeer arrogante klantenservice gebeld en niemand kan mij helpen, meerdere email verstuurd maar krijg gebakken lucht terug. Ik was al 3 weken op een terug betaling van €1800,- Zolang alles goed gaat is het goed, maar als je hulp nodig hebt omdat mediamarkt een fout maakt, is er niemand thuis. Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn terug betaling!!! Als het nog een paar weken duurt ga ik zelf naar het hoofdkantoor om mijn geld op te halen. Waardeloze bedrijf, echt schandalig
Lousy company and customer service!!! Washer and dryer purchased online. If my order is canceled by customer service, I will receive a delivery person without items at my door. I have already called 10 times with the very arrogant customer service and no one can help me, sent several emails but get hot air back. I was already 3 weeks on a refund of €1800,- As long as everything goes well, it's fine, but if you need help because the media market makes a mistake, no one is home. I'm still waiting for my refund!!! If it takes a few more weeks, I'll go to the head office myself to collect my money. Lousy company, really disgraceful

Ordered a Miele washing machine last week First delivery attempt: broken because of faulty handling at MM distribution Second delivery attempt: Got a message saying the order was sent out, it wasn't Third delivery attempt: Different washing machine, no original packaging and broken again Update: Fourth attempt: Order again wasn't sent out Fifth attempt: Order not sent out and delayed What's going on Mediamarkt? Please allocate some priority and focus on service/aftersales rather than increase turnover en generate leads for partners. This is borderline kindergarden stuff.

Highly disappointed by the MediaMarkt service! It has been already one month since my order has NOT been delivered. I was contacting Customer Service multiple times and I was just receiving opposing answers and assurance that everything will be solved 'soon'. It's already more then two weeks when they promised to give me refund but I haven't received my money yet! You have just lost your regular customer.

You are liars. You write "Voor 14:00 besteld vandaag in huis". That is not true. This is the sixth day for me and recieved nothing, only confirmation order email. No delivery time e-mail & nobody came. I am trying to cancel the order but they are stalling. Liars

Mediamarkt Amsterdam outlet failed to fix my Galaxy S10 even after a month. What's frustrating is they made it seem like they will order a new screen if I make the payment. They misguided me by promising that the phone will be fixed in a week.To make things worse, they opened the phone although they didn't have stock. Now I cold not fix the phone elsewhere since they opened my device. The smart bar team misguided me each time and the helpline number is useless. They have no provision to report this bad service anywhere. I need my phone to be fixed and I request the concerned person, to write to me.

Don't buy product from mediamarkt/Worst customer service We ordered a product via mediamarkt online store on 13 March 2021 and received a defective piece, which we got to know when we opened the product for check. Within the said Excahnge & Return period we processed it to the exchange thing. Initially they said we crossed the 14 days of Exchange & Return period and when we gave them proofs then they started telling that we have used the product whilst we only opened it to check whether all parts are available and working fine or not.Β  Later they claimed that this product doesn't belongs to Return and Exchange category and beacuse we have already opened it from the actual packaging, they can not exchange it. Also now it only can be repaired and asked for 15 working days of time to wait. We compromised with this statement and waited for 25 days. After being chased via online chat, emails and customer service calls on everyday basis, we are still not getting any satisfactory answer, leaving the product. I would urge every potential and current customer of mediamarkt to think before buying any product from these fraudsters. They are only interested in your hard earn money and not the customer satisfaction. I will post this to each and every social media platform so that maximum people will get into their notice before giving their precious money in the hands of fraudsters like mediamarkt. Current update: I just came to know that they did not had same product in their inventory,Β  the actual reason they lied everytime and sent our product to repair department instead of exchanging it. After all this chasing, now our product receipt is also missing. Thankfully we had an online copy which we showed to them and now again an unspecified waiting time assurance. Pathetic
