Well organized place with wide assortment and good quality products. To pros adds a fact, that even in time of Coronavirus there's an easy access without huge queues, and it still meets the safety requirements. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who needs some electronics.

Best mediamarkt in the netherlands! I was helped by very kind worker named Stan S. He was just the best! He's a really good fella and just extremely helpful. I was looking for some games and he recommended me some, best games I've ever played. He gets a 5 starts from me for his customer service. I hope he gets a raise! I will be sure to go there anytime, because I know Stan S. will always be there to help me!

The worst shop in Holland. Workers 3 times say me i should come other day. I spend 2 weeks going to shop few times. When they heard English they told me the system is broke and i can order my device though internet. I lost time andca lot of km by car.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. I ask the supervisor if there is sombody from the audio department because I want to inquire about bluetooth speakers. He say's he's gonna get somebody and leaves. After 10 minutes I find another available employee and same thing happens. Now I wait another 10 minutes and, already irritated, ask another employee and she points me to the guy I asked before her telling me he is actually from the audio department but now he's attending another client and I need to wait. After a couple of minutes I see the supervisor coming back, I speak to him but he just strolls past pretending not to hear me and when I grab his attention he, quite rudly imo, says there is no one available. Never seen anything quite unprofessional. Simply erg.
