Aanrader can met water dat mis ik en doosje met zakdoekjes. Good doctors good physio. Minus point can be water with cups. Do you have a cough or are sick that would sometimes be helpful. Recommended can with water that I miss and box with handkerchiefs.
M	Map on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer kundige huisartsen. Groot minpunt is het feit dat je recepten alleen maar telefonisch vòòr 12.00 uur kan bestellen. Via internet werkt het vaak niet vanwege het ontbreken van de volledige medicatielijst. Een receptenlijn is er ook niet. En haal het niet in je hoofd om na 12.00 uur een recept te bestellen want dan krijg je de wind van voren! En dat is best raar aangezien de meeste mensen overdag werken en hun pauzes pas beginnen vanáf 12.00 uur. Slecht geregeld dus. Very skilled doctors. The big downside is the fact that you can only order recipes by phone before noon. Via the internet it often does not work due to the lack of the complete medication list. There is no recipe line either. And don't get it in your head to order a recipe after 12 noon because then you will get the wind in your head! And that is quite strange since most people work during the day and their breaks only start from noon. So badly arranged.

Ze weet nergens van, een beetje meer kennis en kunde van het reilen en zeilen in een huisartspraktijk lijkt me wel handig! Ook in communicatie! The assistant at the front desk is not knowledgeable and helpful. When you have a question about the flu shot, she is glassy and difficult to look at you. She knows nothing about anything, a little more knowledge and skills of the ins and outs of a general practice seems useful to me! Also in communication!

T	Tara Schuh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jansen was a great doctor within the practice but he’s now retired unfortunately. My entire family is within the practice and depending on who you get you get a very different level of care. Some simply don’t seem to care or listen to their patients. Others are better, but with Jansen gone, and Dekker currently away with Doctors Without Borders, it’s hurting for high-quality compassion and care in my opinion. Also, if mistakes are made there is little concern to rectify it or take accountability. A year ago I would have given 4 stars, but a practice is only as good as its staff, and currently I’m not feeling very confident in the quality or compassion, but the system here is so challenging that staying in something mediocre is sometimes easier than searching out something that might be better. There’s no guarantees that you’ll find better, it may just be more of the same. Sad reality of healthcare here, but I’ll pop a paracetamol and quit my complaining as it goes nowhere, can’t fight the machine and can only serve as a warning to readers.
