★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind het jammer dat mijn man niet doorgestuurd is naar de longarts. Hij is diverse malen bij u geweest naar aanleiding van mijn klachten dat hij snurkt. Nu blijkt dat hij een verhoogde sllapneu heeft door testen bij de longarts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hermans luistert niet naar de patiënt en neemt klachten niet serieus. Je word van kastje naar de muur gestuurd en bent voor je het weet honderden euro’s kwijt. Slechte zaak.
dr. Hermans does not listen to the patient and does not take complaints seriously. You are sent from pillar to post and before you know it you have lost hundreds of euros. Bad thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben al jaren patiënt bij de Keizershoed. Af en toe een afspraak. De telefoniste ( klinkt wat ouder ) onderbreekt je constant aan de telefoon. Zo kan niemand probleem kenbaar maken.
De huisarts zelf, van Heijst, neemt niets serieus, zelfs als het zwart op wit staan “ Ik geloof er niets van “ is zijn uitspraak. Leuk zo’n huisarts. Daarbij zijn er heel vaak vervangende huisartsen die absoluut niets kunnen lijkt het. Laatste vervangende arts wilde vocht aftappen uit mijn vinger. Er was geen vocht maar littekenweefsel. Pure gok nam hij. Wat een rotzooi is het daar!! Ik ga op zoek naar een betere huisarts.. Arrogante kwallen zijn jullie!!!
I have been a patient at Keizershoed for years. Occasional appointments. The operator (sounds a bit older) constantly interrupts you on the phone. That way no one can report a problem.
The GP himself, Van Heijst, does not take anything seriously, even if it is written in black and white “I don't believe any of it” is his statement. Such a nice doctor. In addition, there are very often replacement GPs who can do absolutely nothing, it seems. Last replacement doctor wanted to drain fluid from my finger. There was no fluid but scar tissue. He took a pure gamble. What a mess it is there!! I'm going to look for a better doctor.. Arrogant jellyfish you are!!!
