G	Gerard van Ginderen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volgens mijn verwijsbrief moet ik bij bij President Kennedylaan 15 zijn en dat hij om 08:30 open gaat. Ik kwam er voor het eerst en ben dus niet zo raar (vind ik) niet om het groote gebouw gelopen en ben gewoon bij de voordeur gaan staan waar hun naam ook goed te lezen is. 08:35 gaan de deuren open, en ik naar binnen. Ik Moest ff zoeken want het niet goed aangegeven wat waar het was, maar ik meld me aan bij de receptie met een volle wacht ruimte in. Ik vertel dat ik voor heb gestaan en dat er geen indicatie is van een ander ingang. De receptioniste verteld dat ik om had moeten lopen. Waarop ik antwoord "hoezo dit is toch de voorkant.... waarom zou ik omlopen als het niet aangegeven is". De receptioniste vertelde dan dat ik.het niet goed had en dat het allemaal goed aangegeven is achter het gebouw. De receptionist kijk me niet begrijpend aan en doet vervolgens niets met mijn klacht/punt...alsof ik gek ben om bij de voordeur te wachten. Ik vind het een slechte zaak als je gewoon niet kunt zeggen "daar heeft u een punt...ik geef het door". According to my referral letter, I have to be at President Kennedylaan 15 and that it will open at 8:30 am. I came there for the first time and so I am not that weird (I think) did not walk around the big building and just stood at the front door where their name can also be read. 8:35 the doors open, and I enter. I had to search ff because it did not state what it was, but I did report to the front desk with a full waiting area. I say that I have stood for it and that there is no indication of a different entrance. The receptionist told me that I should have walked around. To which I answer "why is this the front .... why should I walk if it is not indicated". The receptionist then told me that it was not right and that it is all well indicated behind the building. The receptionist does not look at me comprehensively and then does nothing with my complaint / point ... as if I am crazy to wait at the front door. I think it's a bad thing if you just can't say "there you have a point ... I'll pass it on".

Wellicht is het slim (én duidelijker ) wanneer de website tekst hierover wordt aangepast. het bleek tóch nodig om een afspraak te maken! Nergens kon ik erachter komen dat de afspraak via star-sph.nl moest worden gemaakt, dit kon ik wel ter plaatse lezen op een aankondiging. Het is vooral vervelend om de hele ochtend nuchter te moeten zijn en dan alsnog niet geprikt te worden. Unfortunately I went to the Health Center this morning for nothing to have blood taken. Perhaps it is smart (and clearer) if the website text about this is adjusted. it turned out to be necessary to make an appointment! Nowhere could I find out that the appointment had to be made via star-sph.nl, I could read this on the spot on an announcement. It is especially annoying to have to be sober all morning and then not be pricked.
