β β β β β Wat een vreselijk bedrijf. Begin dit jaar een robotstofzuiger gekocht, die niet goed werkte. De klantenservice gaf een paar voor de hand liggende tips, maar loste het probleem niet op.
Al snel begon het apparaat uit elkaar te vallen. De stofzuiger is enkel gebruikt in de woonkamer, zonder lage kasten, drempels of trappen, niets geks mee gedaan. Maar volgens de klantenservice lag het toch aan mij.
Uiteindelijk het apparaat naar ze opgestuurd, zodat ze konden zien dat het niet goed werkte en van ellende uit elkaar viel. De reactie was dat ze hem konden repareren voor zo ongeveer de nieuwprijs. Garantie, daar doen ze niet aan blijkbaar. De andere optie was dat ze hem kapot terug zouden sturen, voor een euro of 30.
Kortom: als je veel geld en tijd kwijt wil zijn, of gek bent op kapotte troep, dan is het wellicht een goed idee hier iets te kopen.
Normaal ben ik niet zo fel, maar het lijkt erop dat Medion niets geeft om slechte reviews, dus het zal wel geen kwaad kunnen.
What a terrible company. Bought a robot vacuum cleaner at the beginning of this year, which was not working properly. Customer service provided some obvious tips, but didn't resolve the issue.
Soon the device began to fall apart. The vacuum cleaner was only used in the living room, without low cabinets, thresholds or stairs, nothing crazy was done with it. But customer service said it was my fault.
Finally sent the device to them so they could see it wasn't working properly and was falling apart in misery. The response was that they could fix it for just about the new price. They don't seem to do that under warranty. The other option was that they would send it back broken, for about 30 euros.
In short: if you want to lose a lot of money and time, or are crazy about broken junk, then it might be a good idea to buy something here.
Normally I'm not that fierce, but it seems that Medion doesn't care about bad reviews, so it can't hurt.

β β β β β 21 dec iets besteld, zou binnen 2 werkdagen er zijn het is nu 4 januari en nogsteeds niks binnen. Klantenservice geeft aan dat ik geen geld teruggestort kan krijgen tot ik het product ontvang en retourneer, wanneer en of ik het krijg weten ze niet. Ze kunnen het niet annuleren terwijl het nog niet eens is verzonden. Dramatisch oplichters bedrijf dit, als ik de reviews had gelezen had ik nooit wat besteld.
Ordered something on December 21, it would be there within 2 working days, it is now January 4 and still nothing. Customer service says I can't get a refund until I receive and return the product, they don't know when or if I'll get it. They can't cancel it when it hasn't even shipped yet. Dramatic scammers are doing this, if I had read the reviews I would never have ordered anything.

β β β β β Sedert 23 januari heb ik een half verduisterd beeld. Copy van aankoopticket 06/06/2020 doorgemaild. 3j garantie zegt men. 1e mail er komt technieker met onderdelen. 2e mail.we hebben geen onderdelen en technieker.
3e mail we zoeken een oplossing.. oplossing we betalen de restwaarde nadat we tv zijn kopen ophalen. Niet mee akkoord. Ik wil.in garantie een nieuwe tv. Ja maar we hebben geen 65 inch tv. Jawel want ik zie ze op de site. Nee.klopt niet mr. We zoeken een oplossing. 2x gebeld door een koerier om mijn tv te komen halen. 2x netjes afgewimpeld want geen terugbetaling geen tv. Maar we betalen u gewoon de 499eu terug. Sorry daar.koop.ik geen 65 inch meer voor
Wat zie ik vandaag alweer op.de.site??? 2 verschillende soorten 65inch tvs. Ik bel klachtendienst die me 4 februari belde in het nederlands en krijg vandaag 8 februari enkel duitstalige.
Op mijn vraag een nederlandstalige te spreken haakt men gewoon in. Dat voor een klant met een 65 inch voor zichzelf , een 55 inch voor zn zoon gekocht en 3.laptops . Dit is geen service. Probleem.is.mijn rv kosste in aldi 499eu en nu is de.goedkoopste 619 eu en daar om geven ze geen nieuwe tv, niks anders
Since January 23, I have a semi-obscured image. Copy of purchase ticket 06/06/2020 emailed. 3 year warranty they say. 1st email there will be a technician with parts. 2nd mail.we have no spare parts and technician.
3rd mail we are looking for a solution.. solution we pay the residual value after we have bought the TV and collect it. Do not agree. I want a new TV under warranty. Yes but we don't have a 65 inch TV. Yes, because I see them on the site. No. Not correct mr. We are looking for a solution. Called twice by a courier to pick up my TV. 2x neatly brushed off because no refund no TV. But we will simply refund you the 499eu. Sorry about that. I don't buy 65 inches anymore
What am I seeing on.de.site today??? 2 different types of 65 inch TVs. I call the complaints service that called me on February 4 in Dutch and today February 8 only in German.
When I ask to speak to a Dutch speaker, they simply hang up. That for a customer who bought a 65 inch for himself, a 55 inch for his son and 3.laptops. This is not a service. Problem.is.my rv cost in aldi 499eu and now the.cheapest is 619eu and that's why they don't care about a new tv, nothing else

Bad Service, no information about delay without calling them. Order canceled by me. Not recommend.

β β β β β Normally i am not the kind of person to leave a rant. But i am truly fed up with all the nonsense your company put me through. Four months ago i bought your 49inch UHDTV. All was fine up untill two months ago, when the tv started showing flickering lines across the screen. This problem only got worse as time passed. So i decided to call your hotline. In total i had to call five times !! The first time i was put on hold for fourthyfive minutes before the connection got cut off. The second time was the same story. The third time my cry for help was finally answered. Within five working days i would recieve a call with more details on how the problem would be fixed. I never recieved that call, so i called once more. This time i was told that the last person never made a report for the issue. So again i had to wait five working days, and again never recieving a call. So here comes call number five. This time the person was already aware of the previous report. But yet again i was told to wait five working days. Luckily for me this was the last call. After seven, not five working days i finally recieved my phonecall. My old defect tv would be picked up the next morning and would be replaced with a new tv. So the next morning my partner accepted the new tv and gave back the old one. Now i wish this was the end of my story, however. Once i got home and started hooking up the tv i noticed that this wasn't even our tv. The only thing your company got right, was the size. So again i called for the sixt time. My call was answered and i was told that within two working days i would recieve a call detailing another trade. And if you read this story, you might have guessed. I never recieved that call. Right now i have over fourthy euros of extra costs on my phone bill, something that has never happend. I am angry and let down. And i can assure you that this was the last time that I or any other person i know, will ever purchase a product of your company again. Shame on you !!

β β β β β I bought a Microwave oven from Medion. It became defective in 3 months , started to loading high voltage and about to burn my whole electrical connection.
I sent it back for repair and now they are demanding repair cost when I have full warranty.
Very bad and disappointing service.

β β β β β got scammed by its customer service staff, telling me its all under warranty before I send it, now my laptop is in their hand, and they told me: no, its not under warranty, either pay 1200 Euro for the repair, or pay 49.5 for returning cost.
STAY AWAY FROM the scamming company.
