Dinsdag langs geweest voor het lenen van een trippelstoel. Nodig voor de revalidatie van mijn vrouw. Had een fors fiets ongeluk gehad. Zat in Almere niet in het assortiment. De mijnheer daar heeft geen enkele moeite gedaan om mij te helpen. Het enige waar hij mee kwam, was of ik naar A,dam wilde rijden om er daar 1 op te halen. Met een beetje moeite had hij er 1 voor mij kennen regelen en thuis laten afleveren. Slechte service!!!

Email to someone on this company..... Dear all, I am really disappointed the way you handle the repair service. You had been paid for a wheelchair for a very disabled kid who still has no wheelchair to go outside for a walk or to move around. This issue has been ongoing for about four months now. Medipoint came home FOUR times to repair a mulfunction on the handle (this is a new wheelchair) without success. Even after my opinion that the wheelchair had to be replaced by another wheelchair from factory because the seat chasis was misaligned. Once your employees realised nothing could be done home you decided to take it to your repair building. When the wheelchair arrived home after 15 days the issue WAS NOT SOLVE AGAIN!. After calling your terrible phone lines, and after being handled by multiple employees who had no idea what to say or to do, I managed to get a call from Weesp to take the wheelchair back to THE FACTORY and return it in three weeks. After FOUR WEEKS I called your service department and they said it was delivered to a distributor (not the factory) and that the have no idea when the chair will be delivered but promised to keep me informed. THIS IS WEEK FIVE and I have no wheelchair, no call, no delivery time but what is worst is the fact that I feel like the chair will arrive with the same problem. Problem description: the seat can be reclined, but as the handlebar cannot be moved because one of the pieces is always stuck (even after repair), we have to leave the seat in a fix position. Unbelievable. You were paid for a chair that we could never use. Incredible how you make money with that terrible repair system.
