★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 30 nov 2021 heb ik 4 facturen totaal € 188 betaald bij medipoint. De dame bevestigde dat alles betaald was. Nu krijg ik een incasso omdat ik een factuur van € 20 dd. 25 nov. niet betaald zou hebben. Ik ben me van geen factuur bewust en heb zeker geen herinnering of aanmaning gehad. Betaal hem omdat ik geen gedoe wil, maar het is verder onder de maat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een baggere service! Iemand die compleet afhankelijk is van een sta-op stoel (niet uit de voeten kunnen en 15 uur per in deze stoel) wordt gewoon niet geholpen als dese defect is. Al 5x gebeld, 8x doorverbonden, 3x beloofd teruggebeld te worden en nog niemand gehoord of gezien. Persoon in kwestie moet maar zien hoe zij de dag en het weekend doorkomt? Dat noemen ze dan 'zorg'...
What a dredging service! Someone who is completely dependent on a stand-up chair (can't get on and in this chair for 15 hours a day) will simply not be helped if this one is defective. Called 5 times, put through 8 times, promised to be called back 3 times and never heard or seen anyone. The person in question just has to see how she gets through the day and the weekend? They call it 'care'.

Worst billing company ever. Bills paid neatly, they send collection costs. I definitely do not recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede producten enkel het administratieve gedeelte is bar slecht. Dubbele facturen, dubbele betalingen, slechte communicatie en niet oplossen van het probleem. Door hun warrige administratie moet jij alles aantonen wat uiteindelijk ervoor zorgt dat je dubbele betalingen dient te verrichten. Slecht geregeld. Als je een klacht indient wordt dit slecht opgevolgd en uiteindelijk sturen ze weer een herinnering.
Good products, only the administrative part is bad. Double invoices, double payments, poor communication and not solving the problem. Due to their confused administration, you have to prove everything that ultimately causes you to make double payments. Badly arranged. If you submit a complaint, this will not be followed up properly and they will eventually send a reminder.
